Did we fail to meet expectations?

Inevitably, human error comes into play. While we don't guarantee we'll always be perfect, we guarantee we'll be within an acceptable error range for all products. This sometimes means that coasters are slightly different sizes within a set, or that there is color variation, or that a pattern we sold didn't quite match the exact colors we had hoped for.

If the error is egregious, such as misspelled customization, we WILL do everything in our power to correct it at our expense. This may involve an item returning to the studio for further work. We do not do total replacements on products due to the handmade nature and the fact that it would take several hours of free labor from the artist.

Studio Refund Policy

At this time, there are no refunds.

Due to the nature of handmade items, and the time-intensive process for making them, we do not provide refunds at this time. Since each item refunded marks literal days of income lost to a small-scale studio like ours, we simply don't find it feasible.
